RPM Rushing Property Management Rental Application

Applications can be submitted on line using the Tenant Application tab.  If you do not have access to a debit/credit card for the processing fee you may apply in person at our office.  Manual applications are subject to a $45.00 fee per adult applicant(age 18 or older who will be financially responsible).

Automatic Disqualification if:

  • A landlord complaint or court action has been FILED against you for rent, possession or damages (this includes Unlawful Detainer)
  • You have been arrested on a drug related charge.
  • You are listed on a Sex Offender List.
  • You have an un-discharged bankruptcy
  • You have a Protection (restraining Order) against you.
  • You do not list correct owner/landlord of your current or previous residence.
  • You cannot provide current and/or previous address with landlord's name and phone number.
  • You have ever had an eviction filed against you.
  • You are unable to have utilities turned on in your name because of utility collection accounts.
Multiple applications may be received on a property.  We process ALL applications received.  A decision will be made by selecting the most qualified applicant. Processing times vary depending on the cooperation of your references.  All references are verified. 

The cost of the credit report is NOT a deposit or rent and will not be applied to future  rent or refunded, even if the application is denied.  Applicant(s) understand the landlord may terminate any rental agreement entered into for any misrepresentation on application.

Required Documents

Copy of driver's license or photo ID must accompany an application before it can be processed.

You will be asked to provide: 

  • Copy of 2 current pay stubs.
  • Written proof of any supplemental income.  This includes, child support, alimony, SSI, Social Security, Disability, VA benefits etc.
This may not be a complete list of requirements.  We reserve the right to make other checks as deemed necessary or add additional financial requirements. We reserve the right to deny tenancy due to incomplete or incorrect information on your rental application.  Failure on your part to provide requested information in a timely manner will result in an application that expires or another applicant may be selected. 

Co-signers are subject to complete background checks.
